Anti-theft

I'm not 100% sure whether my car meets the anti-theft criteria for SVA so I was hoping someone else might know!

The SVA manual states that you need a "device that can be activated to prevent the vehicle being driven or moved onderu its own power", other than the ignition switch.

My steering column includes a steering lock, is this sufficient or will I need something else to pass SVA?

If I do need something else then any suggestions as to what to fit are more than welcome - my SVA is on Monday!
