Is the upper ball joint radius tested on an Indy?

I have protected the locking nut but done nothing with the ball joint as I was told it was not tested. I have read a few conflicting things on the forum tonight so was hoping someone can give me an up to date answer? Would the upper ball joint be radius tested on an Indy.

Cheers

I have certainly thought so, if it has a sharp edge you can fill a radius on the edge quite easily. Same applies to the uprights as they tend to be cast quite crudely due to usually being completely hidden.

image would be good..

i used a rubber kit from ebay to cover my nut and my ball joint is exposed and no issues with my tester and he didn't get the radius tool out on mine at any point..

Sorted this issue last night with some 40mm cable gland shrouds
