Is it registered yet, Billy?

If not, talk to Mrs Young at the DVLA Exeter Office. They will not give you a direct line, but it is 01392 824991.
She is the only one there that has any sense.

Why to I need to look at Exmuff when I can see Torbay from my window here?? Its vey sunny today, but cold. I would use it to get some drawings copied in Paignton, but am scared of the drivers there hitting my car again. This time of year the average age is 104.
