will an aftermarket momo wheel be good enough to pass iva,centre seems hard but all edges seem radiused enough,,

I passed with a momo team, so yes, should be fine.
The momo boss is collapsible (tester wanted to see this). The wheel itself passes the edge requirements (manual explicitly says that metal spokes are fine as long as they have the proper radiused edges).
