too much information
you just need
manufacturers name (haynes or your name)
and vin
the date should not be on the plate, (it would fail iva)
the weights are not required to be shown
also if showing weights I would upgrade them to 1000 / 500 / 500 to give some margin. these are the numbers used for checking suspension, and tyres. I
think they may also be used for the brakes, but not sure

Cool, yeah just read it again, weights are optional-
Note 2: Maximum permitted laden masses are not required to be
displayed but if present should be listed in the order as shown in RS6
Is it OK to put my name on there? Not really fussed tbh, just thought I might do.

Do you actually require this plate for IVA or can you just use the VIN that is stamped into the chassis? The IVA manual is not very clear on it! (well
I don't understand exactly what it sais is required)
Just want clarity before heading to IVA shortly!

Hi, you definitely need this plate. It's point 1 in the statutory plates section(18) of the IVA manual. "The vehicle MUST be fitted with a
manufacturers plate, in a conspicuous and readily accessible position".
Cheers,
Chris
