Filling in SVA Form

Guys,

Got a couple of questions that I thought someone could help with.

I am filling in the SVA form and there are three questions that I am unsure what to put as the answer.

First is Q13a which asks what the Max Design Road Speed is, what should I put for this?

Second is Q13b which asks for the Max Power engine speed, again what should this be?

Third is Q15, I was going to put Axle 1 : 450kg, Axel 2: 450kg, Gross: 900kg.

Bearing in mind this is an MK Indyblade with a 1994 893cc engine in it can anyone help with the above questions please.

thanks,
Rich.

I can suggest a answers for a couple...

Q13A - this is just to ensure that your tyres are to the correct rating. I quoted 110mph, knowing that I have 125 or 130 mph rated tyres fitted. Don't quote too low a speed, as they'll think you're taking the pee.

Q15 - in my case, the actual weight was 595kg, and after some discussion the tester suggested a total design weight of 800kg. I can't remember the split, unfortunately. This is never a major issue as long as you make a reasonable effort, as it can be changed on the day (I had to sign a variation form).

I'll leave Q13b to the BEC guys!

rgds,
David

Q13b was covererd very recently. Probably still on this page somewhere. IIRC the bec lads have put 8K to (k down so that the noise is checked at 75% full power revs and therefore nice and quiet. As said above id suggest caution that values are not too understated as to cause undue suspicion and risk a harmonious and understanding with the twin headed fire breathing not from this world tester!
LOL
Not true of course.
