cycle wings

just getting my car sorted for sva . i have got MK cycle wings my question is do these require edging trim on them around the edges or have other cars passed without the trim. suppose i should just put the trim on anyway it can always come off later

are the edges radiused to 2.5mm? Then you'll need to trim them.
