Mirrors for SVA

Does anyone know if these would pass sva? I think they are a bit small but they look good.

The SVA manual states that they must be able to show a rectangle reflecting surface of 40mm x 70mm minimum. Are they a tad small?

They must take a 70x40mm rectangle as said. But at some point along that 70mm length they must also measure 70mm parallel to the 40mm side. (Which is why racetech mirrors wont pass sva...)
