SVA tomorrow.

Well the day has finally arrived. The cat arrived today(no thanks to parcel post)
So it was a bit of a rush to get the brackets manufactured and the necessary test run
I have even got a support car following me up with the spare tools, laptop and trim to cover any minor problems.

The only fly in the ointment is the DVLA local office who's only inspector is of long term sick. The portsmouth office is covering but he wont make the journey to deepest Dorset to do one car.
The only option I have is to drive the car to the inspection station next week.

Good luck! Is it a long drive to the test station?

Just out of interest, does your DVLA man come out to you and inspect your car? Im sure at Luton they said I had to go to them.

Its a 100 mile round trip so i should be able to push the car a bit on the way back.

The Bournemouth office do arrange for home inspections when there man is not off having a hernia op.(very inconsiderate)

Good luck!! I have mine on Friday, i still have a long list of bits to sort out, although once it stops overheating, it should at least make it to the test center and back.
