Got my MAC at last

Well at last I have my MAC. After one missed appointment and a fail for noise I took it back to Taunton today. I put 3 stainless pot scourers down the exhaust and the reading was 97 db.
Unfortunatley the pot scourers blew out somewhere down the A303
next appointment is Thursday at the DVLA inspection site and hopefully have my number plate for Friday.
The most important thing to do now is lower the front suspension as I had to raise it to get the headlights through. The steering goes a bit light above 100

A big thanks to everyone who has contributed to this site over the years. Most of the problems I encountered have been found in the search box.

Next stop Le Mans

Dave

Well done Wheezy... Take it easy / steady until you "know" your car. Its easy to loose it, liek that chap did in that MK a couple of weeks ago. (There was a thread on this forum, I think under MK)

Great feeling isnt it... I am just waiting for the DVLA to return my docs with a Registration. Cant wait..

Just take it easy, and learn to drive your car.

Yeah very well done

Wow your car looks ace! And congrats on passing SVA

Dam I'm really tempted !!!!

Could I be cheeky and ask what kinda budget you'd need for one of them?

I'm gonna hit around £6k for my fuel injected zetec - Luego Velocity XT.

Cheers,

Murray

You could probably have it on the road for under 10K. I managed to get a good deal on mine as Evolution Sportscars were selling the GT-R on to Spire Sportscars and needed to get rid of the chassis wheels and bodywork.
