At shrewsbury they only book SVA tests for the morning and save afternoons for retests

Thursday afternoon obviously
But I can't vote for both
My take would be avoid Monday , theyre gonna be awake and real keen. Avoid Friday afternoon they're gonna want to get home.
If you want to get it plated and taxed up on the same day AND you've already had your build inspection done, then a morning test could, should
you be lucky enough to pass, leave you time to get that done as well..

If you have a 200 mile drive to your nearest SVA centre then an 8:00am appointment may be a bit early

Let's face it, this answer is the only one!! And if it's a long way to the test....get up early!!

The best time will be the one your booked on. I think you will fail on all other times.
Ive found between 9am and 5pm is also good.
