front indicator position
Hi is there any legal position for the front indicators as in how near the front of the car do they have to be i know about the height and how far
from the outer edge but it dosnt mention how far back they can be cheers Rick

what i want to know is how far back can the front indicators be ie on the scuttle in the mirrors

I guess you can pretty much put them anywhere you want, providing they meet the required angles of visibility.
Have a look at this Atom and see how they pushed the headlamps back.
It would be up to you to convince the SVA inspector that they could be seen from the front and sides.
There is a seperate reg somewhere, something like http://www.opsi.gov.uk/si/si1989/Uksi_19891796_en_1.htm that.
