Can anyone recommend a source for cheap 5 3/4" headlights?

Typical that when you need them you can't find them.
One of the more common manufacturers (MK/MNR/MAC1/GTS/etc) had some on eBay for £75 for black 5 3/4" new, which I thought was a bargain.
Don't appear to be any listed at the moment though.
That said, Premier Wiring are listing the parts to make a pair, for less.

one important point, when you recieve them wire them up and make sure they are the correct dip for your country. I didnt test mine for 2 years and
when i found them to be essentially worthless left hand dippers, it was too late to get my money back (because id forgotten where i bought them!)

I found Mac #1 the best for price and quality.

Very happy with my SVA 5 3/4" lights, but not cheap.
You should be able to check the direction of dip without wiring them up. To pass SVA they need correct markings which include an arrow showing dip
direction (double ended arrow for adjustable).

??? left hand dippers should be fine for the UK (assuming you really are in Leeds)

I would recomend SVC for the headlights. Superb quality, SVA compliant and very good service. You can buy headlights cheaper but you won't get
better value for money from anyone else IMO.
SVC Here

Or..... if you're going to one of the shows during the build process buy 'em there. Saved about £30 on my lamps that way.....

They won't pass SVA unfortunately.

terminology difference, by left dip i mean light dipped at the left, ie for a LHD, on the right of the road
