Brake line clip distance

is it 15cm or 30cm the line has to be secured.

Theres not actually a max specified in the SVA manual for brake or fuel lines, only for wiring.

In the case of fuel and brake lines the requirement is that they are 'securely' fastened. For wiring its 300mm max.

You are of course recommended to clip everything at intervals of less than 300mm just to be on the safe side!
