Not to worried, if it fails it fails! Just gotta do a few things before hand, needs tracking up so it self centres, (haven't got a clue!) still
gotta calibrate speedo, and emissions need sorting, hopefully should be able to do it all at rolling road.

Mike, if you're driving the indy to SVA, just allow yourself an hour or so when you get there, to set the front end up to ensure it self
centres. Plenty of toe out and tyres over inflated.

This is what i did at Gosforth. Id already set plenty of toe out, pumped the tyres up to 40psi when i got there (i was well early and did it before
they all arrived, also removed the wind deflector). Mushroom adaptors set with eccentric hole to the front, loads of toe out (almost looked daft and
handled rubbish on drive up), tyres hard. Self centred brilliantly, my understanding is that the testers know the fiddle and only check for a hint of
self centering. After test pulled into layby to set the toe back in and let tyres back down.
Cant stress enough - SVA settings for self centering make the car handle horribly - take care (just drive steadily).
Ref the test itself - not too much to worry about. There is nothing you can do about it once you are there, just concentrate on getting there early
enough.

The whole issue of insurance (often of the non refundable variety) is the main downside to driving to the test... other than that it's a laugh!
I trailered to my first test and it was stressy and hard work (trying to organise the trailer, find a tow car, get the car onto the trailer in time
etc etc)... Second time round just drove to the test centre.... Even if it failed it was worth it for just being able to drive on the road!!! And it
passed anyway!!!
