The general practice is to put down about 450Kgs for each axle, this will ensure you will be OK for brake testing weights,

They are not after actual weights, they are after design weights. This is the maximum that each axle is designed to carry. I used 550kg rear (engine
at back) and 400kg front.
Someone will be along with the correct numbers for your car.
Get it wrong and the sva will fail you as they use the design weights when calculating brake efficiency. You don't want it too high, but giving
weights too low will fail too.

The SVA manual shows how to check it out & you can do the calculation which they will do at the test, you want to have the weights low enough to
pass the brake test, but high enough that you won't run into "overweight" probs on either axle as this results in having to make a
fresh application with new weights I believe!
I no longer run Furore Products or Furore Cars Ltd, but would still highly recommend them for Acewell dashes, projector headlights, dominator
headlights, indicators, mirrors etc, best prices in the UK! Take a look at http://www.furoreproducts.co.uk/ or find more parts on Ebay, user names
furoreltd & furoreproducts, discounts available for LCB users.
Don't forget Stainless Steel Braided brake hoses, made to your exact requirements in any of around 16 colours.

exactly. I used 450kg front and rear as this gives a fair bit of spare and it passed the brake test with ease at that
