Edges or centres of headlamps

Just want to double check headlamp positioning. as I read it, the base of the headlamp must be 500mm off the ground and the outer edge must be 400mm from the most extreem outer part of the car.

Just want confirmation before I make the last weld! The guide is a bit vague about edges and centres of headlamps

Thanks,

Mark

Dumb question but just want to be certain... the same would apply then for all lights? brake lights, indicators etc - as long as any part of the lens falls within the measurement from the outside of the car its ok?
