SVA Pass Newcastle

Blimey - it passed!

Thanks very much to everyone for their help and advice over the last two or years. As others have said, without peoples advice on here Id still be building it well into the future!

Thanks again everyone

Geoff

Congratulations Mate.

I have to say I don't think it would have passed without me and Krismc wiring in the offside headlight.

Well done... nows the time to start thinking and planning your next build, so when you are fed up with this one, you are already well on the way for the next build

Well done - nice-looking motor, too.

btw - are those Elise seats?

also, did you have to cover the edge of the side vent thingy for SVA?

Thanks very much everyone for the kind comments!

Its Lotus Gunmetal Grey an Elise colour.

It was indeed David Reed who I found to be really fair and straightforward.

The side panels have return edges on the rear so they were ok but on the other side where its a bit messier theres lots of edging strip to get it through - must re-make that side soon!

Also didnt realise that I should have put return edges on the bonnet too - shame I had to cover it in edging strip but it beats making a new bonnet for now anyway!

See you on the road soon then!

Cheers
