Side Repeaters
Okay I'm being a little lazy here, I've had a quick flick through the book but can't be bothered reading too much into it. I just
wanted to know if side repeaters i.e. indicators on the side of the scuttle or around that area are an SVA requirement or not.

Aye but can you get away with just the rears and front ones only?

No, you do need side repeaters, but there are special concessions for 7-style cars - something along the lines of "they must be clearly
visible" or some such generality.
On my car I worked on the principle that wherever I stood to the side of the car I could see at least one indicator.

Sorted, thanks. I can look at running some wires in for them then.

If you use the jcb lights they have a front and side lens so you don't. Otherwise you do, scuttle is probably the easiest place for most.

Never argue with an idiot. They drag you down to their level, then beat you with experience.
