Test Centres

I am looking to set the date for the SVA. I have a link to the centres:

http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/Dl1/Directories/UsefulContactsByCategory/MotoringContacts/DG_069669

What is the best one to go to considering I am looking for a new reg.

I pressume the Chaderton centre is closest or is there one nearer/better

Thanks

Test centres don't give you the registration, that's your vehicle registration office.

yours, Pete

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

Agreed.

Nothing to do with SVA centre.

Cheers,
James

Sorry a bit confusing. Ignoring the registration. I was looking for peoples experiences of the test centres in the North West and which would be the best location and easiest to deal with

In my experience, which isn't great, it seems that first impressions and a tidily presented vehicle make the biggest impression and getting things right not trying to hide things.
At the last test I submitted the advice I was given was "use the solution a mainstream manufacturer would"
He didn't mean throw buckets of money at it but instead of covering everything with pipe lagging and cable ties, use what is appropriate.

So I would say go to the most convenient and be prepared and Good Luck.

Hope this helps
