It doesnt matter how you do it, but you have to have a split system so that if one hydraulic system fails there is still braking to two wheels

@ the moment i have a single girling cylinder with one outlet which gose to a tee piece then off to the front and rear brakes then on each axel point
tees off to the wheels .
Is tis acceptable or should it be a dual cylinder

Well lets see, it was a horrible rattely affair and a nightmare to adjust the bias in that tiny foot wheel, was very expensive for what was really a
couple of old landys master cylinders and a bit of tube, oh and one cheap ball race. I’d have given it a year before it all started to go rusty and
seize up. Much better off with a bias valve.
I’ve still got all the bits safely tucked away in a box, not that I have any intention of using it again.

sorry dude, you'll need a dual cylinder for the SVA, much safer anyway. Try a Ford cortina, escort type or a classic VW beatle (has the
advantage of a pressure switch for the lights)

You can have one cylinder, but it must be a dual circuit type.

honesty you don't want a single system, I've had dual systems fail and it's tough stopping even with them, well scary

Just swap it for the master cylinder from a Sierra, the MC unbolts from the servo and just needs a new pushrod making. This is how most people do it
without a bias bar.
