fuel clips

hey guys has anyone passed with this type of hose clip? i have got them on my stainless braided fuel hose, but have a horrible feeling that they may fail.

Dont see why they should fail, it's just a Jubilee clip in a posh frock, Ray

Aparently some testing stations don't like jubilee clips on fuel hose, they insist on fuel clamps.

Others, like where I had mine SVA'd, are OK with Jubliee clips so long as they fit well and there is no sign of leaks etc.

hope that helps!

that is a pretend boy racer chave part.

either buy proper bling parts or not at all.

seee VWP for hose ends. rubber cups that fit over 6 and 8 mm braided hose and thye supply proper hose clamps. far cheaper and non pretend bling.

I would prefer to just have some proper fuel clips for safety more than anything else. They don't pinch the hose and cause leaks like a Jubilee will on a small diameter hose.
