anyone had thier SVA done in Aberdeen ?
hi all
i was just wondering if anyone had thier SVA done in Aberdeen ?
what is technician like ?
is there any where that does pre SVA testing in scotland, preferably Aberdeenshire area ?

i had my sva in aberdeen last august.
not sure if the same tester will still be there as he mentioned he would be changing jobs soon at the time.
If it is him then you're in luck because he was a very fair and good tester, he wanted the car to pass and did everything in his power including
letting us lean off the carbs till the point the car barely ran jus o get it thru the emissions, top bloke
I did also have the advantage of having a friends expertise who had already put a car thru sva there and knew the tester.
how far on with your build are you?....and where abouts in aberdeen?

thanks for the reply
i ve got about another 2 weeks left on the build so once i get back onshore on wednesday (2/4/08) i will get stuck in to it, so i will be looking to
get booked up failey soon
i live in Westhill, just out side Aberdeen

you didnt already build a robin hood before did you?
if you need a hand at all before your test give me a shout, more than happy to help.
i really like the look of the mnr and am considering it for my next car in the future.
