Whats the cut off date/year for a CAT
as titled what is the cut off date for an engine before i need a cat for SVA?

its not the fact that you need a cat. its just that the emissions wont reach it without one.
in think its around August 95, but i stand to be corrected.

have you a copy of the SVA 2004 draft manual?...PDF download.
around page 203..explains things a little...lol.
ive just confused myself i think.
