Road Tax

I'd guess that this has been posted here before but I can't find it.

How will new tax disc charges affect kit cars - how will their CO2 rating be established?

If its on a Q plate it will not affect things.

After that its dependant upon the donor age, the cross over is March 2001.

I was wondering that myself. At the moment my car was registered in 2005, on a 1992 plate, but I only pay £105 a year in tax as it's less than a 1.2l

Oh and the emmisions are down as 0 on the V5?
