VIN lookup - Useful Site

Just found this VIN number lookup site:

http://www.cardetective.com/vin-lookup.html

Very useful if you want to check if your made up VIN is already in use or not.

That's a real shame. Done a further search and all the UK based versions of this type of site go on reg number, not VIN so no use
Unless anyone knows of one?
