sva fail yesterday !!!help!!
hi all i failed my sva yesterday
.no rear veu centre mirror (done)
.some wireing prob (done)
.faulty rear caliper (done)
.fuel line
This is were i am stuck i got some good quality stainless braided fuel line off of e bay a long time ago sva man said i need to prove that it is up
to standers normally stamped with bs number but being braided you cant, so were can i get a statment /certifacate to proove this i dont no who it was
that solt to me it was a lon time ago any segestions ?
i got retest on tusday
thats a good idea about putting anather one in but a last resort because i would have to remove allot to do so because all my tunnel is fixed any
outher ideas guys ?

If you can get in the transmision tunnell I would run a length of cheap halfords ruber fuel line, it is corectly marked. And pull it out again after
the test

One might argue though that if you have no evidence of it being fuel proof.... then it may not actually be fuel proof!
Do you want the risk? Even if it just leaks, with petrol prices, it's worth getting good stuff!
