hi folks just q quickie can anyone tell me the hole size for the flexi hose brackets and what gauge steel to make them out of got tomorrow of and intend making lots of brackets etc regards martin

thread should be M10, so 10mm approximately, a bit bigger if the hole isnt perfectly round.

i made the brackets on the front of about 1.5mm steel, and the ones on the back from 2mm ali

OX has some prety decent ally front flexy mounts on his Busa, dont know if there is a piccy anywhere around but they look good, IIRC it's a scavenged headlight bracket from another kind of motorbike.
