HAS THE MGF OR MX5 HUBS EVER BEEN USED, THERE MAY BE A PROBLEM WITH WHEELS CLEARING THE CALAPERS? JON

PS I have a set of metro uprights going spare..........!

are metro's any good what would be best? jon

A Metro is FWD, so you have to leave the outer section of the CV joint in place to use it as a front upright in a RWD car.

The uprights have special balljoints that screw into the top and bottom, so you'll need to make some custom wishbones, and the cars weight is designed to be taken by the upper balljoint, so some kind of rocker arm suspension would probably suit them well.
