Universal top mount pedal box? Where can i get one thanks

I have seen floor mounted universal pedal boxes at rally design, but cannot find any top mounted ones.
If any body knows where i can get one it would be much appreciated, cheers gareth.

Rally Design had a top-mount pedal box in the catalogue but it doesn't seem to be on the website.
