Was wondering if someone in the land of Sierra could tell me if the bottom of the Sierra Column is triangular and the same dimensions as a (i think)
Mk 3/4 Cortina - we called them TC/D down here in Oz. I wanted to know if I could use a coupling like this..

Cant confirm dimensions, but it is triangular!
the triangular bits at the bottom of the columns are the same size
Hi Cheetah,
yes they are the same i have a sierra column in my avon and i have a cortina rack somewhere in the shed and they bolt up.
I am also down under but further up on the gold coast under maudsland in ausclubbies
Cheers Thierry
Thanks Thierry
im also on ozclubbies (tando) just trying to refine some elements of the Puma I am building. using a sierra to escort spline coupling I can then run a
simple shaft with escort spline both ends down to the rack, no welding etc to worry about.
