When I mount me rear shocks, with the car weight being chassis only at this stage, should the trailing arms be level or pointing down by some angle?????

You can only really set the suspension up once it's at it's full weight so It doesn't really matter what you do now. Once it is then I believe the trailing arms should be level, yes.

Thats what uncle Ron says, level at full weight dont know whether thats with the pilot or not.
