Road springs

Silly question this but just to clear any doubt in my mind, I have fitted the 300lb rating springs to the rear and the lighter 200lb springs to the front on my MK Indy-Blade that is right isn't it.

I doubt it!

I foresee some spring swapping in your near future

I have the std 300?lb on the back and bought 225 for the front.
So leave them where they are fpor the time being I say

Yes, if you like going sideways

300lb springs are very heavy for the rear of that car, even with 2 passengers on board. You must remember that the damper connects directly to the top of the rear upright, so no suspension leverage to factor in.

I expect that 200lb would be much better suited to the rear of the car. The front rate depends on which kit you have, but on the standard Indy I think 225lb gives a nice balance for a BEC.

This was based on calculations only, but I'm certain they will work well.

If I remember correctly the 300lb go on the front and the 200lb go on the back, this is how the racing set up is described.

300lb font is is too heavy for a BEC

On mine the shocks move 50mm for 84mm of ride height change to the harder springs are need on the front due to this leverage.
