just sheared the drivers side front hub clamp bolt,i have tried drilling and easy-outs but its solid i have managed to get the shank side out but am still left with the threadded part stuck fast,i have drilled right through the centre and used a hack saw drift to try and break it apart any ideas or anyone have a spare front hub in worthing/gatwick area

The usual is heat and impact. If you have drilled out the center then you could try a blow torch on the area then poke some ice down the drilled out area too (or a bit of steel thats been in the freezer overnight if you want to avoid burining your fingers).

Of course you may end up having to replace the wheel bearings if it gets too hot and the grease runs.

It'll probably be just cheaper to get another upright and get the steering hole reamed.

Rather than go on the attack, have a look at this on electrolysis linky. It is very easy and quick to set up a small tub and have just the rusted clap in the water/baking soda. If you leave it on overnight all the rust will be gone and the stud will just slide or fall out.
