Could Flakmonkey make you some up?

Failing that could you cut down some stainless cap heads and use a copper washer under the head to seal them up?

You could try bleed nipples.

AHA!! Just for anybody else's use, Brakes International stock a specific bung that is M10 x 1 and fits the flare like a bleed nipple but without the hole, part no. BMP100, £1.33 ea

I always use Think Auto for stuff like this.

You sometimes get one when you buy a new master cylinder, very useful when replacing brake pipes as a temporary bung
