Is there a way of getting sierra cossie 4 pots under 13" rims? Changing the way they're mounted and with smaller discs?
Also, what's the best way of converting the rear drums to discs?

(ie sierra, escort, etc........) Agree, needs more info about what chassis / running gear this is for. Also why go to smaller discs to fit a big caliper in? Its going to be less effective by loads! Can't you pop in some AP Racing or Wilwoods?
It's a sierra 7" lsd. Putting in an s2000 engine and box.
I plan to go for wilwood at the front but i cannot afford rears too, i am a student!
if its a sierra LSD (not an aftermarket LSD) then don't you have rear disc's already ?
(assuming you've got the whole axle that is)
also if your on a budget - do you really need 4 pot front calipers ?
alot of people recon that the standard sierra calipers with some decent pads are more than up to the job
(you can always change them later once its on the road)
Well considering getting some new standard sierra brakes is around 70+ a corner, going wilwood is an extra what, 100 quid?
No I don't have rear discs. I bought the car already built and road registered but in a non completed state so I didn't have to go through
SVA.
These likely to do the job at the front?

Hi, firstly the front end you can fit bremsport m16 four pots with 2.8i capri discs under 13" rs four spokes obviously you'd have to look at
the offset for disc and caliper mounting for whatever upright your using sierra csworth calipers just wont be worth the hassle
rears you can use sierra/granada calipers with fiesta front discs under 13" rs four spokes
I know this as i have these set ups on my cossied mk2 escort and also looked at putting cossie four pots on the front of my haynes roadster but they
wont fit without cossie uprights and at least 15" wheels oh and they are very heavy too

What about the xr4 calipers? Would they fit? (fronts). I already have the cosworth calipers and discs fitted, do they have a different upright to that
of the standard 2 litre?

the XR4 calipers use 260mm discs and fit under 14" wheels
the cossie hubs are different (geometry, bearings, etc...) - the 4 post calipers fit on with M12 bolts that are threaded in the upright (the normal
ones use M10 bolts with the threads in the calipers carriers)
