just a quick question, is the diff flange the same from a 4x4 rear diff as to a non lsd push in shaft diff.

Forgot to add i mean the propshaft flange

As long as you swap it over with one the same size i.e 7" for 7", incase you got hold of a 7.5" without realising. Unless your diff mounting width is 7.5 anyway and your using spacers (not clued up on tiger rear end)

Cheers

oh that's a good one didn't think of that. there aren't any spacers

Can't think why it shouldn't be a 7" already in there then but i'd say measure up just incase as you know how sods law works, you can cut a 7.5" down to get then in the space for a 7" if that's what become available but a straight swap for the same size is obviously the easiest route.

before you start thinking about the 7.5" cossie diffs
the sierra 2wd cossie ones have larger flanges for the driveshafts - only the granada cossie's have a 7.5" diff with the same size driveshaft flanges as a 7"

at least its easy to tell the difference between the 7" and 7.5" diff's - the 7" one have 2 long bolts right through them and 2 short ones into threaded holes
the 7.5" have 6 short bolts into threaded holes
