For the GKD i'm building i'm going to be using 328i discs front and rear, 286mm front.

I've been thinking about using brembo max discs... has anyone used them? or what have people used?

I'm slightly worried about over braking the car, this is why i'm not using m3 310mm brakes. I'm wary of drilled discs as they'll cool too easy.

Has anyone had similar problems/decisions to make?

just a thought, if they cool down too quick, won't they heat up quicker too?

i used to run the brembo max discs with greenstuff pads on my corrado and the combination was fantastic!!

I'm also looking at discs & pads for my Legend build - not sure what to go for. My initial thoughts are that even low-end pads capable of stopping a big BMW will be extremely good on a Seven due to the much lower weight, so it's maybe not worth spending a lot of money on better brakes? Any thoughts on this?
