according to haynes:
1600 saloon, standard - 3.89:1
1600 saloon option and estate car 4.11:1
2000 all variants - 3.75:1

or

if you push the car on flat level ground (so both back wheels turn the exact same amount), you count the number of turns of the prop shaft for one full turn of the wheels.

the result is then (prop shaft turns):1

for a definite answer (but involves a little bit more messy work) take the back cover off. the ratio was written on the crown wheel on my atlas (capri) diff

or jack up one rear wheel, turn the wheel two full revolutions* and count the number of prop shaft revolutions.

the number should come out as above.

* think I'm right in saying 2 revolutions due to diff action of averaging the wheels turning (one won't be turning so other will turn 2x)
