Hi Folks.
Just bought a new build MK Indy locoblade for racing, it has a sierra rear suspension setup with push in to the diff driveshafts. All my previous
7type cars have had the english axle. I want to fit a Ford viscous 7" LSD or similar LSD.
Is there anyone out there who has the knowledge of what driveshafts fit this type of diff? Do I have to fit flanged drive shafts or can I remove the
flanges from the 7" LSD and push in the drive shafts? Would both shafts in the MK be the same length. I only get the car next week so I
can't meassure it yet. Can anyone help? Mike
You need a set of larger diameter push in shafts and a set of bolt on shafts.
Cut the outer casing of the tripode joint through and the joint will come apart. Pull the inner part of the joint from the splines on the shaft.
Remove the circlip from the outside of the lobro joint holding it onto the shaft and slide it off.
Slide the joint onto the push in shaft and the job is done

I have been looking for for 2 years for a pair of 2 litre 25 spline drum shafts to fit a lobro joint, scrapyards, breakers ,ebay and wanted section on
here with no luck.
Have given up looking going to fit bolt on shafts and hubs ,so when i fit my bolt on shafts i will be tripping over 25 spline drum shafts every day
