Hi adam.
Tell us what car, intended use etc. and you will get some recommendations.
Other than that, get hold of Allan Staniforth's renowned ( for various reasons) "race & rally car" or similar tome and find calculations therein.
All to do with "wheel frequency" and that.
Or ask the race guys for recommendations.

There is an article about it in Complete Kit car magazine. Not got around to reading it jet let alone trying to understand it.

It gets quite involved if you start from scratch unless you are a bit nerdy. Why not listen to others reccommendations and try changing springs until it suits you.

Springs are fairly cheap compared to the cost of books, computer programmes and time that are involved in calculating a solution which may well be out anyhow.
