Hi all,

Ive just fitted my quick rack to the Tiger Avon (Escort MK2 from Rally Design).

My problem is that there is only about 10 - 12mm of theads in the track rod ends, which I believe it should be a min of 21mm (in other words it is slightly short).

What are my options? fit rack extensions after chopping 10-12mm off rack (where is the best place to buy these) or is there anyone who do longer track rod ends?

I think these would be to long in the body, as I would have to cut some of the threads off the steering rack which would then not leave enough threads on the rack for the body to screw on to.
I think this makes sense!!
