
Just after some ideas
I had my cars supsension all set up @ procomp a few weeks ago... great sevice very thorough and was nice to meet Matt and Ivan.
now on the dyno for the dampers they were roughly the same about 85lbs on lowest settings front and back
the back dampers are direct angle, but the fronts are via rocker/pushrod so would have a ratio?
i did speak with protech they can do a revalve but what would be a good starting point?

Would procomp not be the best people to speak to?
I have.. he did mention paul aka paublo999
but he didn't know what poundage the front dampers were when he got them revalved.
i can also understand matt not wanting to give out information as i think he spent money and time on it
so here i am!
Unfortunately the question cannot be answered on a forum since the motion ration must be known to know what effect it will have on the wheel (unless
of course someone else has the exact same setup and are using the same rocker positions on their car).
I'd head back to Procomp and have them measure the ratio for you as it's pretty tricky, and then you can pick a base spring and damper
setting from there.
If you want to measure it yourself then I can tell you how. To save you the bother though, Procomp will no-doube be able to recommend a good starting
point anyway for that car.
I used 160 but tried 200's last weekend on old tyres. Revalved I use one click on my protechs, 4 on the rears. 150 springs on the rear.

Can you not speak to MNR? They must offer a standard set-up surly.

Yes all four dampers were done. Matt and screw others advised me that the standard dampers don't have enough adjustment for our light weight
cars.
Depends on what you are using the car for. I benefitted from dropping the rear spring rates, overall grip went up
The fronts are more down to preference.

Well the rears.. matt set them up on about 4 clicks which was fine for compression but there wasn't any rebound control, i could feel the rear
over extend on yumps in the road, so i had to wind them up to 7 clicks to control the rebound but the compression is to high but lighter springs on
the rear should cure that.
paul did you have any problems with front lower bones?
Yes. Locking nuts worked loose and the rod end popped. Not nice.
