I've just bought a monster set of rims for ye olde xflow locost. These will be strictly for track use. They are australian manufactured minilites. Don't know whether this makes them "definitely genuine" or "definitely not genuine". Whatever the case they're here and glory be, they fit. The fronts were never going to be a problem - 6x13". The rears were questionable but they clear. These are 8x13". They're all wearing slicks, hence the track only use.
What I need to know is what spec of nuts should I be looking for ?
These are sleeve nuts, so what I need to know are the thread on a capri axle and a cortina upright and where I might get these from.

Why go for 13x8s on a x-flow, I think you would only need them on a 200+bhp car.

It's also very likely that a 2.0 zetec will find a home in the engine bay this winter - despite what I said before about having enough power. Track use changed that particular notion.

I think ford studs are M12 x 1.5

Pitty I can't fit 13s over the rear brake assembly.
