
That's it really. My bearing kit did not have any included and I'm sure I shouldn't use my big tub of 'standard' grease.
Should it be a high temperature spec?

I guess it'll depend on which hubs you've got
this stuff for most of the hubs I've ever done (inc. sierra ones)
(you can get in halfords and similar places if you don't want to wait on the postman)

I should have said: standard Sierra rear.
LM is lithium moly grease, you can use it for just about anything that moves except brakes. You only need a smear on the rollers, don't overdo
it.
