brake line pipe end question. (pipe ends dont fit new master cylinder)
jossey - 17/4/11 at 08:36 PM

Ive got my new master cylinder to replace the escort one.

my pedal box has built in master cylinders. ive noticed that the pipe ends done screw into the cylinders.

i have 3/16 brake line. and the same pipe ends which fit in the master cylinder and the back of the calipers.

Im hoping that the do a metric and imperial pipe end so i can just keep my 3/16 brake line.

is that the case and if so what do i need to fit in the rally design pedal box.

cheers all.

Yes, 3/16th pipe is standard with both imperial and metric pipe nuts.

Are the master cylinders Wilwood as they will have a 3/8 UNF thread. RD sell a UNF/Metric adapter.

I used a UNF pipe end for 3/16 pipe RD sell them too.
