You use a prop and a prop adaptor where the sprocket was...

This is something close to my heart at the moment as im sorting it today.

I got my prop adaptor yesterday (well i think i did i havent openned it.)

I think its the one in the pic above.

Now im looking at the prop issue.

two options.

im hoping to get my sierra prop which attaches with a UJ joint and then will attach using a UK joint (universal SAE1140 spec) which fits to the prop.

this will leave the spline in place so you have a little play in the measurements.

There is no real locost way of doing this as you cant weld up the small UJ joint to the sierra prop yourself.

other option which ive been told is best but not cheap is.

get one made for you with the right UK joints.

to jossey what type of engine and axle u using?

i have the zzr1100 engine with the sprocket adaptor prop adaptor.

the prop i will get one made but for now ill get the sierra one shortened and a UJ added to the end instead if the current joint.
thats about the cheapest way of doing it but as people will tell you its not the most safe way to do it although ill put a few prop catchers in the tunnel so if it does break it wont break my legs and kill me.......

I made my prop myself, consists of :- 1 old escort prop, 2 feet of exhaust tubing and 1 1140 series slip joint.

Don't do it yourself if you aren't confident in your abilites, but it is possible.
