well im almost ready to start plumbing my cooling system, but TBH i dont have a clue where anything goes to, so if anyone could help me that would be
great.
the engine is a 2008 R1, VW polo Rad, and rover 25 expansion bottle.
ive made a diagram of all the connections here:
and the key:
A - Top of Radiator (32mm)
B - Bottom of Radiator (32mm)
C - Top of Engine
D - Thermostat (30mm)
E - Tiny (8mm) hose before thrmostat
F - Tiny (5mm) hose after thermostat
G - 13mm hose that goes onto the water/oil pump
H - Bottom of engine (25mm)
I - Top of expansion bottle (8mm)
J - Bottom of expansion bottle (17mm)
So if anyone could help me where the hoses go to that would be great, and much appreciated.
thanks
This would be my best guess but someone will be along to correct this most probably:

^^^^^^^^^That's roughly how I plumbed my 2000 5JJ R1 engine and never had an issue with cooling. I don't know if the later engine is any different though.
Thank you very much james, that looks nice and easy.
My only problem is my rad doesn't have a small connection on the top for the green line (rad bleed). So can i just take this off the top hose? Or
do i need to do something else?
Thanks
