I have AVO adjustable dampers and was googling to see if I can get them refurbished.

Some of you may have seen this already, for those who haven't make sure you read down to the 5th post. A quite astonishing display of how NOT to promote your business! Maybe I will just buy new dampers from another supplier...

I guess it's not what was said, but how...

I try and ignore that thread these days TBH. PH shut the thread but didn't remove it. It's unfortunate that it often pops up in a Google search before the company website to this day! The first post AVO made was very ill-advised. I suspect it wasn't Nigel and rather an employee! I have to say when I needed replacement parts AVO supplied them. That said I would go Protech via Procomp all the way now.
