what SWG for 1" RHS A-Arms?

Just like the title says, I'm using 1" RHS to make my wishbones with, but I'm not 100% sure on which Gauge would be best. I would like to be a bit thicker than really necessary, but I dont want to go too far (for weight, obviously).

Here is something similar to what I have in mind just for reference (BTW, I'm building a middy) ..

i think 2mm should be ok, but also i would use 1" round tube. it is less prone to folding, and will weight a bit less than square.

Hey, thanks for the advice. Also good to know that round is superior to square in this case. Since we're on the topic of shapes & strength, what about the somewhat oval-shaped tuping that GTStuning uses for their A-arms? Happen on any information on the strength of that shape? IMO, looks like it may be even more prone to bending, but I don't have the numbers to know for sure.

Here's what I'm talking about:

Is'nt RHS not used in NASCAR suspension ?
If thoise guys use it that it certainly will do for a sevenish car i guess
